16" medium belcher chain with Sophie's signature winged heart T bar clasp and 7 beautiful charms including the Mini Moon, Moonstone Birthstone, Horseshoe, Chubby Winged Heart, Lavender Blue Enamel, North Star and Tiny Wing.
The chain is 4.5mm wide and the hand is 16x20mm in diameter. Made in sterling silver with gold plated detail.
